SLEDDING

In Bavaria, both young and old enjoy gliding downhill on sled. Walk up to a mountain lodge, have something to eat and drink in the cozy "Stube" and
then whiz down back into the valley!

 GRAINAU

Sledding in Grainau

Our sled run (natural run) for children is in the middle of the village at Gschwendt,
Oberer Brandweg. The sled run is currently not maintained due to a lack of snow.

Night sledding on the Hausberg run
Wednesday and Friday evenings, you can take the Hausbergbahn lift up and enjoy a night of sledding and maybe make a stop in the lodge – special tickets for young and old.
The sledding nights on the Hausberg will take place this winter, starting 15 January 2010. So, get on your sleds, ready, steady, go! From 17:00 to 20:00 (5 PM to 8 PM), adults pay only 13.00 Euro and children ages 15 and under can go along for Euro 7.00 Euro. All of the season’s passes from Bayerische Zugspitzbahn Bergbahn AG and the multiple-day Happy Ski Passes are valid at these times.
