Zugspitze Summer sledding

Well, at least it is on Germany’s highest mountain! The Zugspitze Glacier makes it possible for sledding fans to enjoy a few runs - even in the warmer months. Snow conditions permitting, visitors can take advantage of the toboggan run from the Gletschergarten Restaurant down towards the Zugspitze Glacier. Those who don’t have their own sleds can simply borrow one free of charge from the terrace of the Sonnalpin Glacier Restaurant and off you go!
