Because everyone can do something<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Mountains, lakes and forests would be perfect\u00a0without<\/strong>\u00a0Plastic bags, tissues, bottles and cereal bar packaging. Perfect wouldn't be so difficult if we didn't just complain about garbage but also did something about it.\u00a0<\/p>

So we thought:\u00a0Let's get the idyll back!<\/strong>
We, that is\u00a0the Bergwelten, the Bayerische Zugspitzbahn, the Zugspitzdorf Grainau and GaPa Tourismus<\/strong>. Together we have organized the\u00a0\"Clean lead\"\u00a0<\/strong>started. An appeal to everyone to do their bit for the idyll. All you have to do is take your own waste home with you in specially made bin liners made from recycled material.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Eibsee circular trail: Over 6000 liters of waste in one weekend<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

About\u00a0six cubic meters of waste on a 7.5-kilometer circular route.<\/strong>\u00a0That's how much came together on a summer weekend in 2020 at the Eibsee. That's over 6000 liters. In and\u00a0especially next to<\/strong>\u00a0the 55 120-liter buckets.\u00a0Mountains of waste\u00a0<\/strong>instead of a natural idyll. An extreme example - of course. But the less extreme ones don't make the situation any better. Litter is part of the picture. And, of course, handkerchiefs: they adorn every slightly hidden spot.<\/p>

All that - has to go.\u00a0<\/strong>We want to raise awareness with our initiative. We distribute\u00a0from the end of June<\/strong>\u00a0That's why, in various places - for example at the valley stations of the mountain railroads - specially manufactured bin liners made from recycled material - which are much more than just bin liners. They belong in every rucksack and look casual.\u00a0Above all, they convey a message<\/strong>. The request:\u00a0\"Clean lead\"\u00a0<\/strong>- at least pack up your own waste again.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The initiative also includes video sequences that can be seen on social media. Prominent locals such as artist Sani Kneitinger, professional mountain biker Holger Meyer, former biathlete Miriam Neureuther, former professional skier Fritz Dopfer, skiing legend Rosi Mittermeier, photographer and filmmaker Anton Brey and many more send a clear message to tourists and locals alike:\u00a0Please take your waste back with you - so that nature remains as beautiful as it is.<\/strong><\/p>

In the current and next issue of Bergwelten, the following questions will also be answered: How long does packaging and fruit take to decompose? What damage can they cause? We will also be talking about small and large outdoor businesses, because there is a lot to say about them.<\/p>

\"Sauber bleim\" is our request to everyone. A campaign to make nature a little cleaner in the end, to protect it. So that it remains as beautiful as it actually is. And as everyone wants it to be.<\/p>
