Arrival and mobility

There are excellent connections from almost all major German cities to Garmisch-Partenkirchen station. There you have to change to the Bayerische Zugspitzbahn to Hammersbach and Obergrainau.
If you arrive after 8 p.m. or would like to take advantage of the comfort of a cab, they are waiting outside Garmisch-Partenkirchen station.

• Important: When searching on the DB server, enter Untergrainau as the destination station.
• For trains that stop in Munich-Pasing, it is usually more convenient to change trains there.
