WITH THE GRAINAU CARD, OUR GUEST CARD, YOU TRAVEL FREE OF CHARGE

The guest card is valid for travel on the Garmisch-Partenkirchen - Grainau - Eibsee route on the Bavarian Zugspitze Railway and the bus with the Number 323the so-called "Eibseebus".
The Grainau Guest Card is now also valid on buses in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and for all other connections in MVV fare zones 9 to 12 (tickets must be purchased for fare zones 1 to 8). Timetables, prices and further information at www.mvv-muenchen.de .

Please note the bus 323 (Garmisch-Grainau-Eibsee):

Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the direction of Eibsee: Within Garmisch-Partenkirchen it is only possible to get on, not off!
Eibsee in the direction of Garmisch-Partenkirchen: Within Garmisch-Partenkirchen it is only possible to get off, no boarding!

Further connections and connection information

The Bayerische Zugspitzbahn and the 323 bus also take passengers to the DB train station in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. (Free of charge with a valid guest card).
From the DB train station Untergrainau there are several possibilities to travel to Munich every day without changing trains.
There is an excellent connection to Garmisch-Partenkirchen station from many German cities. The train to Munich runs at least every hour. Timetables at www.bahn.de
From the station of the German Railways in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, it is only a few minutes' walk to the station of the Bavarian Zugspitze Railwaywhich stops in Hammersbach and at the Zugspitze station in Grainau, among other places.
