The Music band Grainau has been delighting locals and guests since 1898 and is an integral part of cultural life in the village. In the summer months, it provides musical highlights twice a week at the Spa concerts - either in the idyllic Music pavilion or in bad weather in the Kurhaus Saal Waxenstein.
