Hike: "Höllentalingangshütte" hut

At the Kurhaus in Grainau we start together via the upper village square in the direction of the mountain forest below the Waxensteine. After some time, the small Höllental entrance hut appears at the top of the rock face. Once again, there are some steep hairpin bends to master, then the Höllental entrance hut and thus the entrance to the Höllentalklamm gorge is reached. Directly behind the entrance, a small museum invites you to visit: It is about the history of mining in the Höllental.

Refreshment stops at the gorge entrance hut. If you like, you can visit the Höllental Museum at the entrance to the Höllentalklamm. Afterwards we descend together into the valley. Walking time: approx. 5.5 hours.
