Mountain Tour: "Hupfleitenjoch - Höllentalklamm"

The mountain tour leads via Hammersbach to the entrance hut, then through the wildly roaring Höllentalklamm gorge up to the Höllental-Angerhütte. From the beautiful valley floor, the route leads over the Hupfleitnjoch, past the miners' houses, up to the Kreuzeck. We take the Kreuzeckbahn down to the valley and the Zugspitzbahn back to Grainau. Along the way, you will learn interesting facts about the Höllentalklamm, mining and the paths to the Zugspitze. The hiking trail leads over well-developed paths and paths.

On the ascent, 1100 meters in altitude, distance approx. 8 km with a walking time of 6-7 hours have to be mastered, so a good condition, surefootedness, as well as good shoes are required! A change of clothes, jacket, rain protection if necessary as well as sufficient food and drinks are also required. Costs incurred: Admission to the Höllentalklamm gorge and descent with the Kreuzeckbahn.
